The Punjab Irrigation Department in Multan, Punjab invites sealed electronic tenders for a comprehensive infrastructure project focused on the construction of an office complex for the Superintending Engineer of the Mailsi and Haveli Circle along with the rehabilitation of the Officers Colony infrastructure. This significant government project carries an estimated cost of over 421 million Rupees and encompasses a wide range of civil, electrical, and public health works. The scope includes extensive earthwork, reinforced concrete structures, masonry, premium tile flooring, and granite finishes. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for installing advanced CCTV surveillance systems, modern electrical wiring, and complete HVAC solutions including inverter air conditioners. The project also covers the provision of office furniture, appliances, and external development such as road surfacing and car parking sheds. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the 2025-26 period in the appropriate category and also be active taxpayers with the Punjab Revenue Authority. Interested bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals through the EPADS portal no later than 12:00 PM on 18 May 2026.
