The District Council Toba Tek Singh in Toba Tek Singh, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the improvement and rehabilitation project near Bakhshi Park. This government infrastructure work has an estimated cost of 19.5 million Rupees and requires bidders to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes. The procurement is being conducted through the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering system using a single-stage single-envelope procedure. Interested engineering firms must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement website and submit their bids along with a 5% earnest money deposit in the form of a CDR for 975,000 Rupees. Bidders are also required to upload their rates on the EPADS portal at least half an hour before the opening time. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online through the EPADS system no later than 12:00 AM on 07 May 2026, with the official bid opening scheduled for 2:00 PM on the same day at the District Council office.
