The Municipal Committee Jhelum in Jhelum, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the rehabilitation of a public toilet block located near Shandar Chowk. This government project aims to improve public sanitation infrastructure through comprehensive civil, public health, and electrical works. The scope of the project includes extensive plastering, sand filling, and ceramic tile flooring for the main building structure alongside the installation of fire-retardant WPC doors. Public health requirements involve a complete overhaul of the plumbing system including the installation of high-quality Faisal or Master bathroom sets, vanity wash basins, and both European and Orisa type closets with associated flushing systems. Electrical upgrades will feature recessed PVC wiring, Philips SMD lighting, and exhaust fans. The total estimated cost of this project is approximately 2.59 million Rupees with a completion timeline of 90 days. All interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council, FBR, and PRA and are required to submit their technical and financial proposals via the EPADS portal no later than 12:00 PM on 19 May 2026.
