Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Bannu in Bannu, KPK invites sealed e-tenders for the Supply and Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery using funds provided by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This project involves the procurement of specific machinery including one front-end loader and backhoe, two mini tippers with a capacity of 1 to 1.5 cubic meters, and one tractor trolley, all to be fabricated according to detailed specifications. The chassis for this work will be supplied directly by the TMA. Interested manufacturers, fabricators, or suppliers must possess valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC registration, along with 3S facilities (Sale, Service, and Spare parts) within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are required to submit a two percent bid security of the total price in the form of a CDR to the TMO TMA Bannu. All proposals must be uploaded through the EPADS portal no later than 1:30 PM on 21 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 2:00 PM on the same day
