Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration in Ladha, KPK invites sealed e-tenders for the fabrication and supply of various solid waste machinery units to enhance local sanitation efforts. The procurement scope includes the supply and fabrication of one front-end loader and backhoe, one mini tipper with a capacity of 1 to 1.5 cubic meters, and one tractor trolley, all constructed according to detailed technical specifications. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers or fabricators holding valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC registration, while also maintaining a 3S facility for sales, service, and spare parts within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The chassis for the machinery will be provided directly by the TMA. Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals via the EPADS portal following the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. A mandatory two percent bid security in the form of a CDR must be delivered to the TMO Ladha office. All electronic bids must be uploaded no later than 12:30 PM on 20 May 2026.
