Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration in Sarwakai, KPK invites sealed e-tenders for the fabrication and supply of specialized solid waste machinery to improve municipal waste management services. The procurement includes the supply and fabrication of one front-end loader and backhoe, one mini tipper with a capacity of 1 to 1.5 cubic meters, and one tractor trolley, all to be completed according to official specifications. The chassis for these units will be supplied directly by the TMA. Reputed manufacturers, fabricators, or suppliers must possess valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC registration, along with 3S facilities within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidding follows the single-stage, two-envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014. A two percent bid security in the form of a CDR must be submitted to the TMO Sarwakai office. All eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal, where electronic submissions are due by 12:30 PM on 21 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 01:00 PM the same day
