Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration in Kalkot, KPK invites sealed e-tenders for the fabrication and supply of various solid waste machinery units to bolster sanitation infrastructure in District Dir Upper. This procurement involves the fabrication of two front-end loaders and backhoes for Tractor Mf 385 4wd, two 1.5M3 mini tippers for Changan Sherpa Power 1.2L pickups without decks, and two tractor trolleys, all built according to detailed technical specifications. The chassis for these works will be provided by the TMA. Well-reputed manufacturers and fabricators must possess valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC registration, along with a 3S facility for sale, service, and spare parts within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidding will be conducted via the EPADS portal using the single-stage, two-envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014. A two percent bid security in the form of a CDR must be submitted in the name of the TMO TMA Kalkot. All electronic proposals must be uploaded by 1:30 PM on 19 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 2:00 PM on the same day
