Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration in Miryan, KPK invites sealed e-tenders for the fabrication and supply of various solid waste machinery units to improve local waste management operations. This procurement includes the supply and fabrication of one front-end loader and backhoe, two 1.5M3 mini tippers, and two tractor trolleys, all built according to detailed technical specifications. The chassis required for these works will be supplied directly by the TMA. Well-reputed manufacturers, fabricators, or suppliers must possess valid NTN, GST, and KPPRA registration within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidding will be conducted via the EPADS portal using the single-stage, two-envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014. A two percent bid security in the form of a CDR must be submitted in the name of the TMO TMA Miryan. Successful bidders will be required to provide complete operational training to the municipal staff. All electronic proposals must be uploaded through the EPADS system no later than 18 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 02:00 PM on the same day
