Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration in Sheringal, KPK invites sealed e-tenders for the fabrication and supply of essential solid waste machinery to support sanitation services in District Dir Upper. This procurement opportunity includes the fabrication of one front-end loader and backhoe for a Tractor Mf 385 4wd, two 1.5M3 mini tippers for Changan Sherpa Power 1.2L pickups without decks, and two tractor trolleys, all built to rigorous technical specifications. The chassis for all equipment will be provided directly by the TMA. Well-reputed manufacturers and fabricators must possess valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC registration, along with a 3S facility for sale, service, and spare parts within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidding will be conducted via the EPADS portal using the single-stage, two-envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014. A two percent bid security in the form of a CDR must be submitted in the name of the TMO TMA Sheringal. All electronic proposals must be uploaded through the EPADS system by 1:30 PM on 19 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 2:00 PM on the same day
