Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration in Upper Mohmand, KPK invites sealed e-tenders for the fabrication and supply of specialized solid waste machinery to enhance local sanitation infrastructure. This procurement involves the supply and fabrication of one front-end loader and backhoe, three mini tippers with a capacity of 1-1.5 cubic meters, and two tractor trolleys, all constructed according to detailed technical specifications. The chassis for all machinery will be provided by the TMA. Reputed manufacturers and fabricators must possess valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC registration, along with a 3S facility for sales, service, and spare parts within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidding will be conducted via the EPADS portal using the single-stage, two-envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014. A mandatory two percent bid security in the form of a CDR must be submitted in the name of the TMO TMA Upper Mohmand. All electronic proposals must be uploaded through the EPADS system no later than 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 11:30 AM on the same day
