The Fatima Jinnah Women University in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed bids for renting and leasing out a printing and composing shop located within the University Premises at Campus-1. The shop measures eighteen by twelve feet, and the university is seeking applications from economically sound and experienced bidders who are active tax filers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The minimum annual rent for the shop is set at 2,276,496 Rupees. Bidders must submit a five percent bid security amounting to 113,825 Rupees in the form of a Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 12 May 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Purchase Office to address queries. Interested parties must submit their bids using the Single Stage-Single Envelope procurement method by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. All evaluation processes will follow Rule 38-A of the Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 to ensure technical compliance and identify the highest evaluated bid
