The Municipal Committee Chakwal in Chakwal, Punjab invites interested parties, firms, and food chains to participate in a public auction for the lease rights of a new food court located near the University of Chakwal on Talagang Road. The project involves multiple plots of varying sizes, including standard thirty by thirty feet spaces and a larger building structure measuring twenty-five by seventy-one feet. This lease is offered for a significant duration of fifteen years under the Punjab Local Government Property Rules 2018, with provisions for future extensions based on market rate reassessments. Successful bidders will be responsible for erecting container structures or construction at their own expense according to approved engineering designs. Eligibility requires the submission of a security deposit via pay order or call deposit, ranging from five hundred thousand to one million rupees depending on the plot.
