Description / Scope of Work
The Special Security Unit (SSU), Sindh Police in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed e-tenders for the procurement of various plant and machinery items for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of this procurement includes a diverse range of equipment such as three photocopier machines, one ID card printing machine, and multiple power generation units including two 100 KVA generators, two 50 KVA generators, and three 5 KVA units. Additionally, the unit is seeking twenty 1.5-ton inverter air conditioners, ten 2-ton inverter units, drone cameras, professional photography gear, and a comprehensive CCTV camera system with accessories. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including NTN and GST and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. Eligibility requires a minimum of three years of professional experience and proven financial stability. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).
