The Special Security Unit (SSU), Sindh Police in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the procurement of various operational and administrative equipment for the financial year 2025-26. This comprehensive procurement includes critical machinery and items such as three photocopier machines, a high-quality ID card printing machine, and a suite of power generators including two 100 KVA units, two 50 KVA units, and three 5 KVA units. Additionally, the tender seeks twenty 1.5-ton inverter air conditioners and ten 2-ton units to ensure climate control within police facilities. Specialized tactical equipment such as a drone camera with a combo set, photography cameras, audio recorders, and a complete CCTV camera system with accessories are also required. Eligibility for participation requires firms to have at least three years of experience, active tax registration with FBR and SRB, and a minimum annual turnover of half the bid value. Interested bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 02:30 PM on 20 May 2026.
