Description / Scope of Work
The Planning, Development, Monitoring & Implementation Cell of the Culture, Tourism, Antiquities & Archives Department in Mirpurkhas, Sindh invites sealed bids for the Repair & Renovation of the Sindh Government Library & Cultural Complex. This project, with an estimated cost of 20 million Rupees, encompasses a wide range of civil and electrical works including structural repairs, interior finishes, and facility upgrades. To be eligible, bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in relevant categories and demonstrate at least five years of experience in similar construction projects. The tender requires a 5% bid security and the submission of technical staff credentials including a Construction Manager and Site Engineers. All bidding processes will be conducted electronically through the SPPRA EPAD system. Interested firms must submit their comprehensive proposals, including audited financial statements and tax registration evidence, through the digital portal.
