Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Building Department in Gojra, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the significant infrastructure project involving the establishment of an enforcement station for PERA in Punjab Phase-II. Located in Tehsil Gojra within the District of Toba Tek Singh, this construction project carries an estimated cost of approximately 101.7 million Rupees. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive civil works including excavation, reinforced concrete structures, anti-termite treatments, and high-quality finishing such as porcelain glazing and marble flooring. Specialized security installations like high-security razor wiring and steel grated doors are also required. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and must be active on the E-Pak Acquisition Disposal System portal. Technical and financial bids must be submitted through the EPADS system in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules.
