Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineer Services GE Army Defence Complex Islamabad in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for various repair and maintenance projects under the Garrison Engineer Army DCI. The scope of work includes miscellaneous repairs, renovations, distempering, painting, and construction works across multiple locations. Additionally, the tender covers term contracts for B&R Artificer services, periodical services, decoration works, and E&M sub-division tasks involving internal and external electric, water supply, and sui gas installations. Each individual work or term contract is estimated at approximately 3.000 million Rupees. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and listed in MES categories A through E. Applications for tender documents will be scrutinized based on firm credentials and relevant experience. Applicants must provide a non-litigation certificate and a departmental performance report. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Garrison Engineer by 11:30 AM on 21 May 2026, with the official bid opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day
