Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineer Services Office of GE JSHQ Chaklala in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed tenders from reputable contractors and firms for a wide range of maintenance and periodical works for the current financial year 2025-26. The scope of work is extensive, including miscellaneous electric, repair, maintenance, sui gas, and water supply works. Additionally, the tender covers Term Contracts for periodical services, decoration work, and both internal and external electric and water supply services across multiple sub-divisions and zones. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004. Eligible participants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and those not already on the approved MES list in category E and above must deposit earnest money at a rate of two percent of the estimated cost. Contractors must also provide certification confirming they are not involved in litigation with any government department. Interested parties are required to submit their applications for pre-qualification to the office, with final tenders to be received no later than 11:30 AM on 19 May 2026
