The Jinnah Hospital in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for a comprehensive framework contract spanning the financial year 2026-27. This large-scale procurement process covers a diverse array of essential hospital supplies categorized into general store items, linen, stationery, printing materials, and IT equipment. Key requirements include over 15,000 colored bed sheets, 82,000 disposable sheets, and significant quantities of mackintosh sheets, computer paper, and medical-grade sharp bins. The procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure strictly conducted through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax and are required to provide a 2% bid security based on the estimated cost of their quoted items. Technical proposals along with physical samples must be submitted to the hospital administration for evaluation. All interested parties must ensure their digital bids are successfully uploaded to the EPADS portal before the formal deadline of 10:30 AM on 19 May 2026 to be considered for this government healthcare contract
