The Wheat Research Institute in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed bids for the construction of a boundary wall at its Research Farm located on Jhang Road. This civil works project, under the K-Works initiative, involves the construction of a nine inch thick and six foot high wall with an estimated cost of 1.5 million Rupees. The scope of work includes approximately 1500 cubic feet of excavation, cement concrete foundation work, and over 2600 cubic feet of brickwork using cement sand mortar. Finishing requirements include cement sand plaster and specialized cement pointing with red oxide pigment to match the brick aesthetic. Interested contractors must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and GST, the Punjab Revenue Authority, and the Pakistan Engineering Council. Additionally, participating firms must hold ISO 9001 certification and demonstrate at least two years of experience in civil works. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 19 May 2026, accompanied by a bid security of 75,000 Rupees
