Description / Scope of Work
The Sindh Electric Power Regulatory Authority in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids from experienced contractors for the design, renovation, interior fit-out, and furniture works for its office premises located in Clifton. This comprehensive project encompasses civil works, electrical and mechanical services, and the provision of high-quality furniture for the Chairman's suite, workstations for thirty staff members, and a professional conference room. The work must be completed within a thirty-day timeframe from the commencement notice. To be eligible, bidders must hold a valid PEC registration in Category C-5 or above with relevant specialization codes for the year 2026 and demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least thirty million Rupees over the past five years. Interested firms must be active taxpayers registered with the FBR and SRB and have successfully completed similar projects worth twenty-four million Rupees. The procurement will be conducted through the SPPRA EPADS portal, and technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically. The final deadline for submission is 10:00 AM on 18 May 2026, followed by a formal bid opening session
