Description / Scope of Work
The Special Security Unit (SSU), Sindh Police in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of various Plant and Machinery items for the financial year 2025-26. This comprehensive procurement includes high-capacity power solutions such as 100 KVA, 50 KVA, and 5 KVA generators, as well as essential office equipment like photocopier machines and ID card printing systems. The scope further extends to surveillance and specialized gear, featuring drone cameras with combo sets, photography cameras, audio recorders, CCTV systems, and a 25 Horse Power boat engine. Additionally, twenty 1.5-ton and ten 2-ton inverter air conditioners are required to support facility infrastructure. Interested bidders must be registered with the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and meet all tax compliance requirements. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 02:30 PM on 20 May 2026, with the formal opening of bids scheduled for 03:00 PM the same day at SSU Headquarters.
