Description / Scope of Work
The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Brasilia, Federal Government invites commercial proposals from specialized third-party companies for the provision of professional cleaning and maintenance services. The scope of work encompasses the cleaning and upkeep of administrative areas, external grounds, representative spaces, and public service areas within the embassy premises. Eligible firms must demonstrate active registration, full tax compliance, and proven experience in managing similar contracts for diplomatic missions or governmental bodies. The selected service provider will be expected to deploy a trained and uniformed team while maintaining high standards of quality, discretion, and professionalism in line with environmental and sanitary regulations. Interested companies must submit their detailed proposals along with all required supporting documentation via the embassy official email address. The deadline for the submission of all documents is 04 June 2026. Only those companies meeting the essential criteria will be shortlisted for the subsequent selection and technical visit phase of the procurement process.
