The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) in Hafizabad, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for a comprehensive contract involving both the production and logistics of utility billing. This project is divided into two primary scopes: the supply of printed A-5 bill forms using 80gm imported quality paper with four-color front printing and black-and-white back printing, and the subsequent distribution of these bills to domestic, commercial, and industrial consumers. A key requirement for the distribution phase is the use of an Android-based GIS application for geo-location tagging to ensure verifiable delivery across assigned sub-divisions and wards. The total estimated cost of this procurement is 9.223 million Rupees. Eligible bidders must demonstrate at least two years of experience in bill printing and five years in bill distribution for government organizations, while maintaining an annual financial turnover of at least 50 million Rupees. All proposals must be uploaded through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) portal by 12:00 Noon on 21 May 2026, accompanied by a bid security of 0.461 million Rupees.
