This is a significant one-off procurement by the Sindh government for printing and binding of free textbooks to supply all public schools in the province during 2027-28. The tender is open to international competitive bidding, indicating an estimated large financial scale. Bidders must meet Pakistani industrial/printing registrations and comply with SPP Rules 2010. The closing date of 3 September 2026 allows moderate preparation time. Key considerations include supply chain capacity for bulk distribution across multiple school districts, quality assurance for educational materials, and compliance with both federal SPP and provincial Sindh government procurement procedures.
Who can bid: Bidders must typically hold valid industrial licenses from the Industries & Commerce Department (federal or Sindh), be registered with SECP or relevant provincial authority, and possess printing and binding capability certified by competent trade bodies.
