The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from experienced and reputable firms for the procurement of revenue advisory services specifically for CBDA mixed-use plots. This project is vital for the strategic development of the PCBDDA and requires a consultant with significant expertise in real estate market analysis, revenue generation strategies, and financial modeling. Eligible firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR and PRA, and must demonstrate a strong track record of similar projects within the public or private sector. Interested bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals in a single stage, two envelope procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
