The Pakistan Airports Authority in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed Request for Proposals through the EPADS system for the procurement of specialized consultancy services. The project involves the design and construction supervision for shifting various operational offices of the Pakistan Airports Authority at Jinnah International Airport. Eligible firms must possess a valid registration certificate from the Pakistan Engineering Council with specific project profile and service codes, alongside registration with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners. The selection process will follow the Quality and Cost Based Selection method under PPRA Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations 2010. Interested bidders are encouraged to download the RFP documents from the official e-procurement portal and attend a pre-bid meeting scheduled for 19 May 2026 at the Jinnah International Airport conference room. Technical proposals will be publicly opened on the deadline day, while financial proposals will be reviewed following the technical evaluation. All submissions must be completed electronically via EPADS and in hard copy by 11:00 AM on 03 June 2026
