Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority (PNRA) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the procurement of Water Treatment Chemicals for its HVAC Plant. This tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure and is open to well-reputed firms and authorized suppliers registered with the relevant tax authorities. The scope of work includes the supply of specialized chemicals essential for the maintenance and efficient operation of the authority's HVAC systems located at the PNRA Headquarters. Interested bidders must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding documents, which contain comprehensive technical specifications and detailed terms and conditions, can be accessed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). All technical and financial proposals must be prepared and submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026. Bids will be opened shortly thereafter in accordance with the established procurement rules to ensure a transparent selection process.
