The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed proposals for a transformative joint venture opportunity to design, build, finance, own, operate, and maintain a premier retail asset known as Azalea. Located at the prestigious CBD Quaid District in Gulberg, this project aims to establish Lahore’s next hyper-retail landmark on a plot area of approximately 45.01 Kanals. The procurement follows a competitive bidding process where the successful developer or investor will partner with the Authority under a DBFOOM model to create a high-end commercial destination. Eligible international and local firms or consortiums must demonstrate significant financial strength and a proven track record in large-scale real estate developments. Key requirements include the submission of comprehensive technical and financial proposals, with the successful bidder obligated to pay development charges of PKR 20 million per Kanal within 30 days of the award. Interested parties must submit their proposals through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026
