Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Social Welfare, Special Education and Women Empowerment in Peshawar, KPK, invites sealed e-bids for a comprehensive supply project funded by the Saudi Fund for Development. This turnkey procurement involves nine distinct lots including machinery and equipment for administrative resource rooms, facilities for physically and visually handicapped children, and specialized tools for hearing and speech impaired individuals. The scope further extends to vocational training equipment for tailoring, electrical, computer, and mechanical trades, as well as furniture, fixtures, and kitchen utensils, with a total estimated value of 72.292 million Rupees. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority and submit their proposals through the EPADS system. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible firms are required to provide a bid security of 2 percent of the total contract value. Technical bids will be opened on 19 May 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Directorate's office in Peshawar. Manual submissions are strictly prohibited, and all participants must ensure active taxpayer status.
