Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL) invites sealed bids for the procurement and implementation of a globally recognized, off-the-shelf Software as a Service (SaaS) ERP solution. This tender aims to modernize PLL's operational infrastructure by implementing core modules including Financial Management (IFRS compliant), end-to-end Procurement Management (Procure-to-Pay), Fixed Assets Management, and HR Management including payroll. The selected SaaS ERP must offer robust financial controls, automated workflows, and comprehensive reporting capabilities in line with industry best practices. This procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be reputable firms with experience in ERP implementation and cloud-based solutions. Bids must be submitted by 03:00 PM on 21 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 03:30 PM on the same day.
