The Bank of Punjab (BOP) invites sealed bids through a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement, licensing, implementation, and maintenance of an enterprise-grade Audit Management System (AMS). The project involves the deployment of a web-based platform designed to manage the entire audit lifecycle—including risk assessment, planning, field work, reporting, and issue tracking—in compliance with Global Internal Audit (GIA) Standards and SBP regulations. A critical component of the tender is the migration of historical data from legacy systems and seamless integration with the bank's existing information systems. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must be reputable firms with a proven track record in financial software implementation and must provide a bid security as specified in the RFP documents. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the Procurement Department at the BOP Head Office in Lahore by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
