Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District and Sessions Judge in Gujrat, Punjab invites interested parties to participate in a public auction for the sale of various unserviceable articles, scrap materials, and used vehicle tyres. The items available for bidding include obsolete office equipment, furniture, and automotive scrap accumulated from the judicial department. The auction will be conducted on an as-is-where-is basis at the Sessions Court premises. All prospective bidders must present a valid original CNIC and provide a copy for the record prior to participating in the bidding process. The highest bidder will be required to pay the full auction price on the spot, along with all applicable government taxes. Once the bid is approved and payment is finalized, the successful bidder must arrange for the removal of the items from the court premises at their own expense. The administration reserves the right to accept or reject any bid in accordance with departmental rules. The public auction is scheduled to commence at 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
