Establishment of Sahulat on the Go Bazaars and Associated Infrastructure

The Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA), Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for the development of 'Sahulat on the Go Bazaars' across the province. This procurement is divided into three major lots: Lot 1 involves the provision, installation, and commissioning of ducted air supply and ventilation systems; Lot 2 focuses on the establishment of recycled plastic-based bazaars including the supply and installation of associated infrastructure; and Lot 3 covers the supply, installation, and integration of IT and monitoring infrastructure and allied works. Bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories C-3 or C-4 (depending on the lot) and must be registered with the FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). The bidding follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and utilizes the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Hard copies of financial instruments must be submitted to the PSBA office in Johar Town, Lahore, alongside the electronic submission. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
