Description / Scope of Work
The Panjnad Barrage Division of the Irrigation Department in Panjnad, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the significant infrastructure project involving the remodelling and protection of the Left Marginal Bund (LMB) and Right Marginal Bund (RMB). This large-scale civil engineering work has an estimated cost of approximately 913.7 million Rupees. The procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure in compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible contractors must be registered with the relevant bodies and possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the appropriate category. A 5% bid security, amounting to approximately 45.69 million Rupees, is required in the form of a Demand Draft or Call Deposit. The technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by 02:00 PM on 16 May 2026. The project will be executed under the full-time supervision of ADP consultants to ensure high-quality construction standards and adherence to technical specifications.
