Description / Scope of Work
The Divisional Superintendent Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi invites electronic bids for two distinct infrastructure projects under the Pakistan Railway Composite Schedule of Rates 2016. Item 1 involves the up-gradation of Lalamusa Railway Station with an estimated cost of PKR 65,793,611, following a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Item 2 involves special repairs to the road surface at the Loco Shed Rawalpindi, estimated at PKR 4,802,727, following a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant specialization codes and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, including a scanned copy of the required bid security (CDR or Bank Guarantee).
