Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar, invites sealed bids for the construction of a boundary wall and watch towers around newly allotted adjacent land. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) following a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-5 or above, along with active registrations with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for STRN and NTN. The estimated cost of the project is PKR 31.274 million, with an earnest money requirement of 2%. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 14 May 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, with the public opening following at 11:30 AM.
