Up-gradation of Lalamusa Railway Station and Special Repair to Road Surface at Loco Shed Rawalpindi

The Divisional Superintendent Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi invites electronic bids for two infrastructure projects under the Pakistan Railway Composite Schedule of Rates 2016. Item 1 covers the up-gradation of Lalamusa Railway Station (estimated at PKR 65,793,611) using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Item 2 covers special repairs to the road surface at the Loco Shed Rawalpindi (estimated at PKR 4,802,727) using a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Bids must be submitted via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026. A scanned copy of the bid security (CDR or Bank Guarantee) is required at the time of submission.
