Description / Scope of Work
The Divisional Superintendent Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi invites electronic bids for multiple infrastructure and renovation projects. Key works include providing side drains between Rawalpindi and Nur Stations (estimated at PKR 8.87 million), renovation of Hassanabdal Railway Station, replacement of CGI sheets at the CDL Workshop Rawalpindi, and various special repair works for staff quarters and bungalows. The procurement is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS). Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 PM on 21 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 12:30 PM at the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer in Rawalpindi. Bid security (CDR or Bank Guarantee) is required for all items as per PPRA rules.
