Description / Scope of Work
The Information Technology & Innovation Department of the Government of Punjab invites sealed e-bids for a comprehensive procurement project for the fiscal year 2025-26. The tender covers multiple categories including office stationery, printing and publication services, computer consumables, plant and machinery, and specialized IT hardware. Specific technical requirements include high-end servers with redundant power supplies, Layer 2 Gigabit network switches with SFP ports, and various hardware components with a three-year comprehensive on-site warranty. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope method as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and the e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System (EPADS). A bid security of 2% of the estimated amount in the form of a Call Deposit (CDR) is mandatory. The delivery timeline is strictly set for 15 days after the issuance of the job order. Interested firms can apply for individual lots or all lots combined through the EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
