Description / Scope of Work
The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Dera Ghazi Khan Zone, invites sealed financial bids through the EPADS portal for the procurement of various office printing items. This tender, conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure, is open to original manufacturers and GST/NTN registered general order suppliers who are on the FBR's Active Taxpayers List. The scope of work includes the printing of high-quality letterhead pads, leave application forms, and other specialized corporate documentation as per provided specimens. Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of experience in similar nature of work and provide samples of paper quality and grammage as specified in the bidding documents. Registration with the relevant professional bodies and a valid Professional Tax Certificate for 2026 are mandatory. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the public bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the Zonal Office in Dera Ghazi Khan.
