The Provincial Disaster Management Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the large-scale procurement of tents to bolster disaster preparedness and response capabilities. The tender is divided into two major lots: Lot 1 consists of 15,000 Single-Fly Canvas Cloth tents with an estimated cost of 364.83 million Rupees, and Lot 2 involves 15,000 Family Tents with an estimated cost of 443.25 million Rupees. Interested bidders, including manufacturers, dealers, and suppliers, must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and the Punjab Revenue Authority. A 2% bid security is required for each lot, amounting to over 7 million Rupees for Lot 1 and 8.8 million Rupees for Lot 2. The delivery period is strictly set at 45 days. Bidding will be conducted through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically by the deadline on 20 May 2026, and the bids will be opened the same day to ensure a transparent procurement process for these critical humanitarian relief supplies.
