The Pakistan LNG Limited in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the procurement and implementation of a globally recognized Software as a Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. The project scope encompasses the delivery of an off-the-shelf software package tailored to meet the organization's operational needs, including Financial Management, Procurement Management, Fixed Assets Management, and Human Resource Management. The successful bidder will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration of approval workflows, and establishing robust financial controls in compliance with IFRS and local procurement regulations. Eligibility is restricted to reputable firms with a proven track record in deploying large-scale ERP systems. Bidding follows a specific technical and financial evaluation process as detailed in the solicitation documents. All interested parties must submit their comprehensive proposals by 03:00 PM on 21 May 2026. The bids will be publicly opened at 03:30 PM on the same day at the PLL head office in Islamabad to ensure a transparent selection of the most advantageous solution for the company's digital transformation.
