Description / Scope of Work
The University of Education in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of a generator under tender number UE/Tender/2025-26/25. This procurement is conducted on a single-stage, two-envelope basis, requiring separate technical and financial proposals from eligible bidders. The scope of work includes the delivery, positioning, and complete installation of the unit at the university premises. Interested firms must be active taxpayers registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and must provide an authorization certificate from the original equipment manufacturer. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms, and conditions are available at the university office. A bid security, as specified in the tender documents, must be submitted in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee along with the financial bid. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules and must reach the university no later than the deadline on 22 May 2026, with the technical bids scheduled for opening shortly thereafter.
