The Executive Engineer B&R Division of the Gilgit-Baltistan Communication and Works Department in Ghizer, Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders for emergency infrastructure works. The project involves the construction of a 650 Rft protective bund at Talidass and a 650 Rft protective bund at Molaabad, with an estimated construction cost of approximately 23 million Rupees. This procurement follows a single-stage, one-envelope procedure and is open to firms or joint ventures licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above, specifically valid until June 2026. Interested bidders must submit a two percent bid security of 460,988 Rupees in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank. Bidding documents can be obtained from the divisional office upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted manually at the office by 9:00 AM on 25 May 2026, with the official bid opening scheduled for 9:30 AM on the same day. Low bids exceeding fifteen percent below the sanctioned cost will require an additional performance guarantee.
