Description / Scope of Work
Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University in Sheringal, Upper Dir, KPK invites sealed bids for various procurement needs through the e-PAD (Electronic Procurement & Auctioning System). The tender is divided into three schedules: Schedule A for the printing of answer sheets and continuation sheets; Schedule B for specialized equipment for AI Lab work; and Schedule C for the supply of degree folders. The procurement follows the Single-Stage Single-Envelope procedure in compliance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible firms must be registered with FBR for income and sales tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List. A bid security of 2% of the bid price in the form of a call deposit or pay order is required. Proposals must be submitted electronically via e-PAD by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the online opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
