Description / Scope of Work
The Buildings Division in Rajanpur, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids through the EPADS system for various maintenance and repair projects. The scope of work includes the maintenance and repair of the Deputy Director Agriculture (Extension) office in Rajanpur and the Civil Court in Jampur. These projects have estimated costs of approximately 1.29 million PKR and 0.43 million PKR respectively. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-26 in the relevant category. The procurement process will strictly follow the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014. Bidders are required to submit a 5 percent bid security in the form of a CDR with their proposals. Detailed technical specifications and bidding documents are available through the E-Procurement system. All bids must be submitted electronically, and the evaluation will be conducted according to the prescribed government criteria. The deadline for submission and the scheduled opening of bids is 21 May 2026.
