Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineer Services (MES) through the office of the CMES (Army) Rawalpindi invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for diverse construction and maintenance projects. The scope of work includes the construction, repair, and minor maintenance of miscellaneous buildings, the supply of B&R stores/materials, and the appointment of an auctioneer within the jurisdiction of CMES (Army) Rawalpindi. Only contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and born on the approved list of MES in categories 'A', 'B', 'C', or 'D' with relevant experience are eligible to apply. Applicants must provide a certificate of non-litigation and an active registration copy with the PEC. Scrutinized firms will be issued tender documents based on their credentials and experience. The deadline for receipt of applications and tenders is 11:30 AM on 21 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day. Detailed proformas for past performance and current work in hand must be submitted as part of the application process.
