Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer (XEN) C&W Division Malakand in Malakand, KPK invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the establishment of the Government College of Management Sciences in Batkhela, Malakand. This significant infrastructure project involves the construction of the college building and related facilities under the ADP No. 1009/210545 scheme. The estimated cost for this developmental work is approximately 157.85 million Rupees. Interested bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and possess valid registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Bidding documents, including the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), can be downloaded from the official C&W Department website. Contractors are required to submit their bids electronically through the E-Bidding system and must also provide a 2% bid security of the estimated cost in the form of a call deposit. The deadline for the electronic submission of bids is 12:00 PM on 26 May 2026, and the technical proposals will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day.
