he Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Multan Development Authority in Multan, Punjab invites sealed bids from experienced and reputable firms for two distinct professional service contracts. The first procurement involves the services of a tax consultancy firm for the calculation, filing, and management of General Sales Tax on a monthly basis. The second procurement seeks qualified consultancy services for conducting an Internal Audit of the agency's operations. Both tenders are governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Interested bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes to ensure a fair evaluation process. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available from the office of the Director Finance upon payment of a non-refundable fee. All completed bid sets must be delivered to the WASA Head Office no later than 11:30 AM on 22 May 2026, with technical bids being opened shortly thereafter.
